About the role:
The Flight Operations team is responsible for daily operations from a Dove Air hub. This includes checks and aircraft preparation, flight execution, recovery, and responsibility for knowledge transfer when working alongside international team members. The Ops team is the boots on the ground, everywhere we work.
You can also expect opportunities to work abroad in a southeast Asian or African region, working with a local to kick off flight operations and build local Dove Air capacity in the region for enduring operations.
About you:
You love to be challenged, work quickly to solve complex problems, and have strong attention to detail. You are comfortable being hands-on in hot, humid, and cold outdoor environments, and cooperating with diverse groups of people, including those with language barriers, to get the job done.
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity, so we have a few specific requirements:
- Exposure to aviation, engineering or medical fields;
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree/ diploma; and
- Fluent in spoken and written English
The ideal candidate has a Remote Pilots Licence or Flight experience (RPL/PPL/CPL), and a STEM Degree.
